Job Performance Coaching has been defined as the ability to unlock a person’s potential to maximize their contribution – guiding, facilitating, and helping them to learn rather than directing and telling them how to perform.  As the world of work in the 21^st century continues to dramatically change the focus on job performance, value-added performance has now become much more critical than ever in a very different and challenging business environment. Being an effective performance coach is a mandatory skill for leadership at all levels. Without this competency, a leader may find it impossible to ensure maximum job performance from employees at any level.
