  • Prepare for an effective interview
  • Identify “success factors” for a job
  • Create/choose focused behavioral interviewing questions
  • Practice conducting and observing “ROI” interviews
  • Learn to listen for specific facts and take notes
  • Evaluate proactive interview sessions
