Teaching adults is different than teaching students who are used to the classroom setting. Therefore, teaching adult in our workplaces requires a different way to present and set expectations so that learning is maximized and your training is a positive experience for both the employee and the manager.
You will learn:
- How to what it means to facilitate learning
- Different basic manager strategies for teaching employees
- How your presentation style impacts different learners’ cognitive load
