Attendees completing the Webinar should be able to:
- Clearly understand and identify the specific steps of a successful Onboarding plan.
- Assess the training and integration into the culture the successful new-hire needs in order to survive and thrive.
- Identify the position’s internal customers and suppliers to include them in the process.
- Tie the JOB DESCRIPTION to the training steps, trainee’s progress, and successful or remedial outcomes.
- Develop clear benchmarks to gauge progress along the way.
- Include cross-training whenever possible to increase the integration and understanding of the WHY and how we serve the ultimate user.
No one department, assigned mentor, or supervisor can do it alone. Let’s talk how to get everyone working together toward the same goal!
