The SECRET CODE to Success? It is your JOB DESCRIPTIONS!
IT is a ROAD MAP to Define, decode, delineate, determine, describe, and DEFEND your company! When were your job descriptions last updated? Last year? 2020 with COVID-19 protocols, maybe? 5 years ago? Can’t remember? Now is the time. And it is EASIER than you may think! There are many tools to simplify the process.
We’ll discuss forms and critical components of job descriptions:
- How they can defend the employer against claims, OSHA citations, and litigation.
- The MANY ways they can help in the recruiting, employment, evaluation, and retention.
- Why clarifying the employees requirements, duties and responsibilities benefit everyone.
- Ways to easily maintain and update them as the duties and environments change over time.
The tools make the effort achievable and repeatable! The reasons make the effort SO worth it!
