A Workshop to Improve Communication & Relationships

Interpersonal Communication Dynamics will provide you with a deeper understanding of high-performance human communication and how it impacts total organizational performance.  Effective communication and those specific behaviors that drive positive interaction and relationships in the workplace are the key to high-performance in any industry. Successful people are aware of their interpersonal behaviors – both positive and not so positive. How well you interact and communicate with others in the workplace has an immediate and lasting impact on your ability to perform effectively at any level.  In this current climate of challenge and change, employees at any level  can increase personal performance and effectiveness if they are aware of their intra and inter personal skills and if they are in alignment and consistently applied. By examining the basic principles and practices of effective intra and inter personal behaviors, this workshop can help you better understand and improve your interpersonal communication dynamic.

In this interactive workshop will explore high-performance interpersonal communication practices to guide you in understanding your interpersonal dynamic and the impact you have as you interact and communicate with others.  Our focus is  on those critical human interpersonal elements that can seriously hinder the impact of your performance in any role.  Such is critical if you are in a leadership position!
