Darlene Goddard, HR Consultant & EAF Regional Representative
Darlene’s been a member of SHRM since 1996. She requires all her employers be members of EAF as a condition of her accepting their Senior HR position. Her career spans several industries including health care, warehousing and distribution, manufacturing, and automotive retail. She serves on the CareerSource Region 10 Board where she is past Chair, and previously served on various non-prof it and advisory boards. Her previous experience as a Florida State Certified Supreme Court Mediator was one of her most rewarding, enlightening, and challenging roles. Since ‘retiring’ she has joined EAF as Regional Representative; continues to work with her most recent employ er as HR Consultant; consults and coaches financial clients via the Dave Ramsey organization’s Local Coach Program; and travels when her (still busy ) schedule allows.
