In today’s workforce, executives and managers need to continuously build their leadership skills in order to get the most productivity and engagement from their teams. It starts by being self-aware of one’s natural workplace behaviors and tailoring your leadership and communication style to your audience.

How Self-Aware Are You?

Companies with highly-engaged employees outperformed others with greater profitability, more productivity, lower turnover and fewer safety incidents. But it all starts at the top!

In order to be a successful manager or leader, you must be self-aware of your natural communication and decision-making style. Once you understand your unique behaviors and motivating needs, you can then best guide and coach the activities of those around you in the workplace.  This program will teach self-awareness and self-coaching strategies. One-size fits all management strategies do not work. Build your leadership toolbox!

This fun and interactive workshop will allow attendees to experience The Predictive Index® behavioral assessment in order to examine their unique behavior strengths, and to develop successful communication and coaching strategies.

Attendees will leave with a personalized leadership report for improving individual leader behavior, an understand of workplace applications including team building and conflict resolution.

It’s is all about understanding who you are as a leader and how to put your personal preferences to work for you. Once you understand your own leadership style and motivations, you can more begin to more easily understand and lead others.

Specific workshop objectives include:

  • Increase self-awareness to understand your approach when leading others
  • Learn to capitalize on your strengths as a leader
  • Be aware of self-coaching and development opportunities
  • Understand the individual and diverse strengths of others on a team
  • Learn about differences in individual strengths versus team dynamics
  • Best practices for team interactions and communication
