Join us for a unique and informative interactive workshop to examine the fundamentals of interpersonal dynamics and human behaviors to improve communication in the workplace!

Effective interpersonal communication and the behaviors that drive positive interaction and communication is the lifeblood of any organization – large or small – public or private – any industry! Today, communication remains a significant challenge in most organizations.  Part of anyone’s success in the workplace is dependent upon effective interpersonal behaviors – particularly those that drive communications.  How well you interact and communicate with others including your manager, your employees, peers, customers and vendors – has an immediate and lasting impact on your ability to perform effectively at any level.  In this climate of constant change and challenge, employees at all levels can and must increase personal performance and effectiveness.  The driver for most people is simply to learn to better interact and communicate with others in the workplace

Successful individuals are aware of their interpersonal behaviors – positive and not so positive!  The key is to better understand your personal approach to interacting & communicating with others while learning new approaches that can improve the interpersonal process. The potential impact of ineffective interpersonal communication and related behaviors can be career impactful! Without interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, anyone can miss their goals by mishandling key interactions and key communication that may require a different or enhanced approach.  By examining the basic principles and practices of effective interpersonal human dynamics and key communication behaviors this workshop will help you better understand self and others thereby enhancing your capacity for improved communication and relationships at work that impact your success!

This engaging workshop will help you better understand your own interpersonal communication behaviors as we explore “best practices” necessary for positive and productive interaction and communication in today’s workplace.
