EAF members have long been asking for an advanced compensation workshop to go beyond the basic principles and processes taught in our very popular Compensation Design series. For the first time, we are offering the next module, a one day program entitled Elements of Advanced Compensation, Part I. This workshop will begin where the Compensation Design series ended and will introduce concepts, and provide opportunities to practice in the following areas:
- Rewarding by Strategy
- Elements of Market Pricing
- Modeling & Using a Pay-for-Performance Matrix
- Variable Compensation Elements
Who should attend?
Those who have previously attended Part I and II of Compensation Design and those who have been responsible to manage and implement compensation programs within their companies for several years will benefit most from this program. These new to compensation will benefit best from taking the Compensation Design series prior to enrolling in this workshop.
Attendees should bring a calculator and laptop with Excel 2007 or newer.
