A Train-the-Trainer experiential approach to stress management. Experience the tools of posture and mindfulness and how they are relevant to the workplace. Learn how to radically change the experience of life in the workplace without radically changing how we do business. It is structured for participants to be able to take learning objectives back to the workplace and implement through the organization.

This workshop will cover:

What does a healthy workplace look like?

Tools for the workplace

  • Having real conversations. Listening and providing resources.
  • Time management. Emails, transitioning, and distractions.
  • Infuse laughter.
  • Perspective brainstorming.
