All too frequently, compensation administration is treated haphazardly despite the fact that an equitable policy is essential to ensure the success of our overall human resources programs. When compensation systems are inadequate, it is virtually impossible to ensure that appropriate differentials are maintained between levels of jobs and that we will be effective in attracting, retaining and motivating employees to achieve the overall goals of the organization.
This is your opportunity to review your present system or consider a new approach. Participants will actually evaluate jobs and develop a pay structure using the practical approaches taught in this four-day program.
This program is content rich with various group activities planned that make it important for participants to commit to full participation on ALL 4 days.
